Accessible Facilities & Travel Assistance
🅿️ Accessible Parking
Designated accessible parking spaces are located closest to the terminal. These spaces are clearly marked with an accessible parking sign and wheelchair symbol.
🚻 Washrooms
Family and handicap restrooms are conveniently placed throughout the terminals for adults requiring assistance or for parents travelling with small children.
♿ Wheelchairs
Wheelchairs are available in the terminal for passenger use. Travelers who are in need of wheelchair assistance may arrange this service directly through your airline. To ensure availability and timely service, it is strongly recommended to make your request in advance. Wheelchair service may also be requested from the airline at the ticket counter or curbside counters on the day of travel.
🛗 Elevators & Escalators
MBIA offers elevators and escalators at every transition level for smooth movement throughout the terminal. All elevators are wheelchair-accessible and equipped with raised numbers and Braille buttons, providing easy access to all passenger levels of the terminal complex.
✈️ Passenger Boarding Bridge Accessibility
Our passenger boarding bridges are designed for easy and safe access for all travelers. They provide a level, enclosed walkway from the terminal to the aircraft, eliminating the need for stairs and ensuring full accessibility for passengers using wheelchairs or mobility aids.
